Dhania Chutney (Coriander, Kothamalli Chutney)

Many Indian snacks need a green chutney as an accompaniment, especially in West and North India. The preferred accompaniment is South India is coconut chutney. However, this coriander chutney is popular all over the country. Given that coriander is abundantly available in India, it is made quite often. A wonderful tasting chutney, it is also served with dishes such as dosa and idli. The strong flavour of coriander, ground with vegan yogurt is a real treat to the palette. Do give it a try.

Ingredients
100 gms coriander, washed and chopped fine
2 green chillies
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp vegan yogurt
Salt to taste
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender
Grind well
Serve with Indian snacks or dosa/idli
It can be served as a dip too
