Ingredients
150 gms basil leaves
100 gms coriander leaves
200 gms chopped onion
1 green chilli
Unrefined salt to taste
50 gms ginger, chopped
Method
Pluck the basil leaves from the stalks
Wash well and transfer to a blender
Add all the other ingredients
Grind to a slightly coarse mixture
Remove to a serving bowl
Serve with red/brown/millet rice or dosa/idli….
